The taste of Spring has definitely arrived at The Stag, which has just launched its tempting and imaginative new Spring seasonal menu and can be viewed, downloaded as a pdf file or printed, simply by clicking onto the following link:
Choice is definitely the challenge, and the menus created by the team of Raymond Blanc trained chefs are all freshly prepared, home-made using local produce and cooked to perfection. By popular demand, The Stag is now serving its new seasonal and specials' menu on Sunday evenings from 7.00 pm. Starters from £3.75, mains from £9.50 and desserts from £4.75. We're really excited as The Stag has been short-listed in The Publican's national awards for Food Pub of the Year! In less than 12 months from completing our extensive refurbishment, the pub has been recognised for its great food and good value as part of the awards criteria, and now goes forward for the prestigious overall prize!
As you can imagine we are absolutely thrilled with the short-listing nomination and are excited about the forthcoming ceremony at the Grosvenor House in London in April. Special thanks to you all, for your support.

New 'treats' Loyalty Card!
2010 looks set to be even more exciting and eventful, which is why we are rewarding customers for their good taste at The Stag, by launching our very own ‘treats’ reward club card. Designed for regular diners, the new ‘treats’ card accumulates points for every £1 spent on food, based on a minimum single transaction of £10. Points can be later redeemed against future food orders providing customers with a treat forgreat ‘eats’.
