The Team

Russell Partridge

General Manager

Russell joined the team early in 2010 and has swiftly moved up the ranks, being appointed Assistant Manager in August 2012, then onto Deputy in July 2013 and General Manager in 2015. Russell has a great sense of humour and loves spending time with drinkers and diners alike.

Sean Boyne

Head Chef

Sean has recently been promoted to head chef at The Stag, after working for CD pub Co for 4 years.

Sean says that he loves the industry because you can never stop learning, from when you wake up till when you sleep, there is always so much more to learn and experiment with.  Every day is different with new challenges to overcome.

 

Richard O'Grady

Operations Manager

Richard has been with the company since October 2011, starting as a General Manager, he was promoted to Operations Manager in Spring 2015. He spent his teens with Lovely Pubs, his early 20's as a chef, then Management Trainee with Living Ventures in Leeds, before returning to his home town to join The CD Pub Co at The Moorings.
