Rudolf Kral

General Manager

Rudi joined us in the Spring of 2012 as a bartender at The Moorings and what a great signing that turned out to be! His warm welcome and eye for detail saw him rise quickly through the ranks of management until he became the perfect choice to lead The Stag at Offchurch. Born in the Czech Republic, schooled in Greece at an American school, his accent will leave you guessing, but his charming, traditional approach to service is unmistakable. 

 

 

Jasmine Sangha

Deputy Manager

At the age of 19, when she came on board at The Moorings, Jas already had 3 years’ experience under her belt. Keen to prove her potential, she made light work of her junior management positions, became a deputy manager in April this year and jumped at the chance to team up with Rudi again to run The Stag. Jas is well known by our Leamington regulars who love her friendly professional service. She creates a home-from- home feeling for the Stag’s team and their guests.

 

 

Tom Robinson

Group Head Chef

Tom has been with the team since the launch of The Moorings in 2010, starting as Chef de Partie. He swiftly moved up the ranks within the company and joined the opening team of The Forest as Head Chef in it’s launch in 2013. Tom has now taken the lead as Group Head Chef for the CD Pub co
