General Manager

Breanne joined the Stag at Offchurch as General Manager in June 2017. With her, she brings over 7 years experience in hospitality and a real passion for fresh food and wine. With her love for the buzz of a busy restaurant environment, we couldn't think of a better match.



Tom Robinson

Group Head Chef

Tom has been with the team since the launch of The Moorings in 2010, starting as Chef de Partie. He swiftly moved up the ranks within the company and joined the opening team of The Forest as Head Chef in it’s launch in 2013. Tom has now taken the lead as Group Head Chef for the CD Pub co

Daniel Adams

Head Chef

Daniel joined the CD Pub Co. as Head Chef at The Stag at Offchurch in June 2017. With over 20 years experience in the industry, and his first head chef role at just 23, you are in safe hands! Daniel's love for cooking with the best quality ingredients has resulted in us seeing some spectacular dishes!


Richard O'Grady

Operations Manager

Richard has been with the company since October 2011, starting as a General Manager, he was promoted to Operations Manager in Spring 2015. He spent his teens with Lovely Pubs, his early 20's as a chef, then Management Trainee with Living Ventures in Leeds, before returning to his home town to join The CD Pub Co at The Moorings. 


Karen Healey

General Manager

Karen joined the CD Pub Co in 2011 as part of the front of house team at The Stag at Offchurch where she quickly progressed into management. Karen joined The Forest at Feckenham as Deputy Manager in 2013 and was promoted to General Manager in 2015 where she flourished, being an integral part in winning 'Les Routiers Pub of the Year 2016'
