Lizzie wins Champion of Customer Service Award ...

Lizzie King, restaurant manager of The Stag at Offchurch near Leamington Spa, has won the Champion of Customer Service category in the Coventry & Warwickshire Food and Drink Awards.

Lizzie was selected for this coveted individual award by the judges visiting the shortlisted finalists from the food and drink industry across the county. This included The Stag at Offchurch, which was shortlisted for Best Dining Pub/Restaurant, despite only changing hands and being relaunched earlier this year.

Receiving her award at the prestigious Gala Dinner Ceremony, held at the Ardencote Manor Hotel this week, Lizzie said: “I am absolutely delighted to win this year’s individual award as I am really passionate about providing great customer service. To have been selected as the winner ahead of so many well established and reputable hotels, restaurants and pubs is just amazing, and is a terrific vote of confidence to the important emphasis we place on customer service at The Stag.”
