Lizzie King brings experience from working in the region's top gastro pubs, including The Boot at Lapworth and the Fat Cat in Solihull

Matt Earl is another Raymond Blanc protégé, having worked in Le Petit Blanc Brasserie in Birmingham, bringing exacting culinary standards to The Stag
